We sent you a private message and offered a solution but it's been three months since then and unfortunately we've never gotten a response from you. We understand that returning items can be difficult and time consuming, and it's our goal to make it as smooth as possible for our customers. To our future customers, beside the "body measurement" guide that was initially provided in our products, we also added "product measurement" guide to most of our listings so you can compare the measurement with your old clothes.

Frequently asked questions
Delivery: My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address;
● Ask your local post office if they have your package;
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Delivery: When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 2–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. Once shipped, estimated delivery to United States is 10-13 business days.
Orders: Are your items made to order?
Yes! Each item is unique, cut & sewn by hand, printed separately as soon as you place your order.
We work with a professional customize white label company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. This also means that we are not allowed to make an alteration to the items shape and length but it allows us to supply our unique designs on the best garment quality at the best price. The colors and positioning of the design may vary slightly from garment to garment.
Remember that each gadget screen is calibrated differently so there might be a slight difference between the colors that you see on your screen vs the finished product.
Orders: I received a misprinted/damaged/defective product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived defective or damaged.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please take a picture of the faulty item and attach it in your message to us within a weeks' time upon delivery. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Orders: I ordered in the wrong size and color, can I make a refund?
We are sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn't cover products ordered in the wrong size/color. Because of that, we won't be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
Orders: I've changed my mind, may I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We are a small brand so exchanges can result in a loss for us. Therefore, we gently ask you to check the size guide carefully to minimize the need for exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—just simply refer to our product photos.

• Can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed.
• If necessary, it can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.
• Do not machine-wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean.
• Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
